Who we are looking for
We are looking to find outstanding graduates of technical and economic universities with a practical command of foreign languages, especially English, and of the technical vocabulary related to the exploration & production industry.
In addition to a thorough theoretical background, candidates for positions at ORLEN Upstream should be self-reliant, creative, able to work as part of a team, committed, and willing to develop. Our recruitment needs and the competence profiles of the candidates are adapted to the dynamically changing market environment. Due to the high diversity and different characteristics of our business segments, it is impossible to define just one profile of an ideal candidate.
Our recruitment methodology is tailored to the position in question, and it follows the corporate procedure adopted in our company. Every application form is analysed when a vacancy or a traineeship opportunity opens that corresponds to the expectations and qualifications of the candidate. The qualification process is carried out by a recruitment team, and the shortlisted candidates are invited for the second stage of interviews, which are focused on the competences defined as key for a given position.
