The annual summer and winter Seminars for all the employees are a great opportunity for knowledge exchange and team integration.

The Seminars include presentations delivered by in-house experts on the current operations of the company in their respective areas of responsibility. The objective is to share their knowledge and to be able better to understand the different kinds of work performed in different organisational areas.

The Seminars are also an opportunity to spend some out-of-office time together and get involved in voluntary work, play games related to the oil & gas industry, or organise sports competitions.
