Since 1st July 2016 settlement of goods and services purchase process is centralised  for ORLEN Upstream and FX Energy Poland. From this day the process of accounting will be provided by ORLEN Centrum Usług Korporacyjnych (ORLEN CUK), a subsidiary of ORLEN Group. According to this change all ORLEN Upstream’s and FX Energy Poland’s invoices with the date of sale from 1 July must be marked with the name and surname of the ordering person and sent to the address:

ORLEN Upstream’s and FX Energy’s contractors using e-invoices are asked to sign an agreement aimed sending electronic versions of the invoices to ORLEN CUK. In case of additional questions related to this topic, information will be provided on a wish via e-mail: e-faktura.info@orlen.pl​. Lack of signed agreement indispose ORLEN CUK registration and commencement of invoices process. After concluding the agreement ORLEN Upstream’s e-invoices must be sent to e-mail address: efaktura.upst@orlen.pl​. FX Energy Poland e-invoices must be sent to following e-mail address: efaktura.fx@orlen.pl.

 

The remaining correspondence concerning purchases of goods and services by ORLEN Upstream and FX Energy Poland, and in particular demanding signature of a representative of the Company, should be forwarded directly to ordering person from ORLEN Upstream and FX Energy Poland, and sent to the address:
